This role is critical to the further growth and development of MIC for the enterprise products group.About the Role:A leader who can motivate and inspire teams to know the customer and deliver on McAfee s promise to the customer. Co- developing strategy with the stakeholders, developing and maintaining a technical roadmap that will continue to innovate from a technical standpoint. Implement the strategy, technology, process and human capital capable of supporting a scalable, functional and reliable product offering that increases McAfee s success in the enterprise market. Focus on innovation, emerging technologies and make recommendations on the strategic use of technology for accelerating business results.Work with the executive leadership team to build and continuously refine company, product, and technical roadmaps. Interface with multiple functions globally, for developing & designing the strategy. Mentor and lead operational excellence, quality, scalability and security initiatives across the teams, and the entire purview of the enterprise products group. Recruite, motivate, mentor a high- caliber team on an ongoing basis. About You: Successfully managed large engineering teams spreading across different geographies as well as managing programs involving cross- functional teams. Handled full engineering responsibilities for products from concept to production in collaboration by mentoring and leading cross functional team. Technology thought leader with extensive product development experience & leading engineering teams in cyber security or cloud domain. Qualifications:Bachelor s degree from an accredited university required. Master s degree (Technical or Business) preferred. Demonstrated experience leading a large, dynamic and complex enterprise security product portfolio who has established their company as a innovative and scalable technology provider. Proven track record of launching and managing multiple successful enterprise security product lines in an organization that utilizes the Agile development methodology. The successful candidate will have a deep expertise in the design, development, and operation of scalable security products and services with expertise developing customer segmentation and incorporating customer insights to drive product strategy. Demonstrated success establishing a streamlined software development process including solid documentation and exceptional functional quality and reliability. Extensive experience in enterprise security products where feature, function and performance were the differentiators. Ability to be a persuasive coordinator, with both technical and business communities throughout the organization and with customers and partners Traits:The ideal candidate will be a team builder, team player, and a leader.
