    Overview:Roles and ResponsibilitiesAbout Our Client: Our client is one the leading player in Co-Working space.POSITION SUMMARYThe VP, Revenue will lead the Revenue and Strategy teams at and will be responsible for designing and implementing the commercial and sales strategy for Revenue team. This will involve liaising with other cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis. This will provide critical insights, advise our strategy, and execute on a diverse range of initiatives including growth insights, strategic planning, sales strategy, sales incentives, and goal setting. is looking for a strong team player who can make decisions and execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Professional with proven experience of owning successful business development initiatives and generating pipeline from new and existing customers (enterprise and individual). A communicator who can focus on and deliver short- and long-term initiatives. Strong ability to forecast and manage team pipeline.CORE WORK ACTIVITIESTo Build and sustain key associations with Decision Makers and Influencers of Large Enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology organizations, etc. by understanding their office space needs, business execution and development plans.Develop and deploy IPC/broker strategy internally and partner with leadership and Leasing and sales teams to activate transaction strategies/pursuit plansStrategize how to address prospect needs and pitch to prospective leadsAbility to creatively structure business agreements to maximize revenue and understanding how this is related to overall business objectives.Translate revenue strategy into business initiatives, develop operational plans and execute.Assign teams sales targets and deliverables for revenue city leads and teamsDrive revenue incentives plans for the team members.Monitor and review performance against deliverables of team member to derive actionable insights/solutions for business growth & development.Plan, Implement & Drive growth strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis and industry.Assist cross-functional teams in ideation and execution of B2B promoting thoughts, marketing ideas, strategies, and opportunities to improve offerings.Guide improvement of media plans using media strategies to reach and new leads.Analyse revenue data and use information to drive new improvement strategies to achieve organisational goalsDesign and execute projects that drive long-term benefits and growth.Oversee Leasing MIS Management - records related to billing, lease renewals, costing and master plans, invoices, deviation letters, understand legal notices and coordinate with concerns departments for existing & new clientsBEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTESA self-starter with the ability to act autonomously Demonstrated understanding of business and strong commercial acumen Ability to understand complex situations and make sound business decisions Communicates clearly; Negotiates persuasively; Builds and maintains relationships internally and externallyExemplifies Personal Drive and Integrity Self-motivated and outcome orientedAchieves Results; Implements change; has ability to identify and clarify ambiguities; Closure and delivery focusedAccuracy and attention to detail; has ability to manage several complex or high-profile issues simultaneouslyConfident decision makerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and to re-prioritize multiple tasksProven planning and organisation skillsCANDIDATE PROFILEStrong negotiation skillsUnderstanding of local leasing market and market factorsPreferred qualificationsMBA from a highly reputed institute in disciplines such as marketing or finance15+ years experience in allied industries in a leasing/sales function in a leadership roleSkills:Revenue,sales,leasing
