The VP of Solution Management role reports to the CEO, and will be responsible for defining solution road maps, requirements, priorities and delivery plans to ensure product success in the marketplace, and customer success with OpsVeda. You will own solution build plans and priorities, actively work with customers to document and prioritize critical solution gaps, accelerators, extensions, and have overall accountability for the success of OpsVeda solution adoption at customers. This is a leadership position that is involved in strategic decision- making that has a significant impact on the company success.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Product Team to shape the capabilities needed from the solution perspectiveWork closely with the Go To Market Team to evangelize and shape prospect and market communications.Work closely with the Customer Success team and be in constant communication with customers to be sure that their needs are being met with OpsVeda productsPartner closely with the entire Sales organization, specifically its senior leadersCreate knowledge about the value of the products for customers/ usersConsistently update customers about new features and how best to utilize themEffectively and proactively manage risk on customer engagementsParticipate in the hiring and training of new employees to the Solution Management teamCreate and manage service delivery plans in accordance with customer needsCollaborate with cross- functional stakeholders to define specific plans and budgets for ensuring success.Represent OpsVeda in Technical Committees, conferences, and seminars at level of business process and value.Deliver solution information to qualified buyers in support of existing sales efforts.Create internal positioning documents that will be used to develop external messages focused on each key buyer or person.Participate in analyst calls and contribute to white papers that articulate OpsVeda s perspective on specific solution areas.Business PlanningAlign with corporate strategy to map needs with target markets.Identify new market opportunities by understanding industry trends and customer feedback.Propose investments based on objective analysis of potential market opportunitiesUnderstand competitive and alternative offerings in the market and their strengths and weaknesses.Determine which channel partners are most appropriate to maximize customer success.Bachelor s Degree, preferably an Engineer. At least 12 Years of professional experience. Deep understanding of Enterprise software market in general, and SAP ecosystem in particular. Demonstrated Supply chain expertise. Demonstrated interest in the evolving field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. Demonstrated delivery and implementation experience. Professional experience across multiple industries such as Life Sciences, Retail, High Tech, Manufacturing. Demonstrated bias for execution. Impeccable Communication skills. Executive presence.,
