Job Description

    • Handle Privy outbound calls and engage with premium customers professionally.
    • Schedule and coordinate customer interactions while managing relationship-based banking services.
    • Differentiated training to become universal phone banking officers with cross-training in cards, liabilities, and assets.
    • Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and liability products based on customer requirements.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling of banking products and services.
    • Ensure customer delight and provide a consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
    • Maintain and complete logs/reports specified by the process.
