Job Description

    Attend calls and respond to emails from retail brokers and internal sales employees regarding life GTL products, queries, and status updates.Act as an interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.Suggest process improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and efficiency.Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for all partner requests.Conduct outbound calls as required for partner engagement.Carry outbound calls and digital outreach to recruit new retail broker partners.Ensure timely activation of recruited partners to drive business.Drive life insurance business through retail brokers and achieve assigned sales targets.Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in the driving business when required.Assist in sales operations for Group Term Life business and ensure timely closures.Handle ad-hoc requests related to partner engagement, business operations, and sales support.Track and manage sales pipelines from lead generation to policy issuance.Analyze partner-wise performance and take corrective actions to improve conversion rates.Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
