Job Description Create visual styles and guidelines for various products developed at OoBI Create elegant and visually stunning newsletters Templatize visual styles into guidelines Negotiate/ arbitrate business, technology and visual design tradeoffs with other disciplines and acquire stakeholder buy- in Sense of providing motion graphics is plus Skills Ability to quickly articulate ideas via paper sketches or computer renderings Good visualization & creative skills with a strong sense of design in respect to simple, elegant interfaces and simple design principles Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to articulate concepts and design rational to team and stakeholders We don t want pixel perfect designs, but something that will make user say Wow ! Ability to see visual styles locally and globally Sense of Typography and better use of words Proactive & ability to work in a fast- paced environment Hands- on knowledge of visual design processes and good understanding of visual design principles Knowledge of Photoshop and/ or Illustrator is must Knowledge of Flash, Adobe After effects and any video editing tool is plus,
