Job Description

Key skills required for the job are:

  • PCB Design-L3 (Mandatory)
  • PCB Manufacturing Processes-L3
  • VLSI Board Design-L3
  • We are looking for 7 to 9 years of good expertise in High Speed, Complex Board Layout.
  • Good understandingof Datasheets, Library creation for Complex Logical and Footprints.
  • Exposure to allrelevant IPC standards & MIL Standard design practices
  • ADW LibraryManagement
  • Schematics Entryusing ConceptHDL, Dx Designer, OrCAD
  • PCB Designing flowfrom Library creation to Gerber release to FAB.
  • High speedConstraints setting and routing. Should have worked on High Speed signalrouting for28Ghz or more.
  • Hands-on experiencein Designing High-speed, multilayer PCB designs
  • Auto-routing thecritical/ non-critical signals
  • DFx (DFA, DFM & DFT) checks
  • Should havehands-on expertise on standard High Speed Digital, Analog & Mixed signalDesign viz Infiniband,IOH,QPI,HSSI, DDR5/4/3/2/1, PCI-e, XAUI , SATA, FSB, USB, Ethernet, Opticalinterface etc
  • DRC andPost-processing (Gerber Settings, FAB & Assembly files generation)
  • Quality checks forFootprints, PCB Layout file, FAB & Assembly files
  • Interaction withDesign, Mechanical, SI, PI, Thermal, FAB, Assembly house for Clarification andReviews
  • Expertise on MotherBoard, Tablet PC, Laptop, Mobile, Evaluation board for ICs, Telecom boards,Server, Automotive, Networking, Backplanes & Aeronautics/ Space application boards
  • Good communicationskills and should be able to handle/ lead projects independently
  • Aware of Intel Process and worked in Intel Projects will be added advantageEDA Tools:Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, ConceptHDL, Mentor ExpeditionValorGC-Preview or Gerber tools for reviews
