Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Work experience in VMware environment specially vSphere ESXi 60/65 vCenter 60/65 Experience in a mid to large environment of Active Directory management and related services group policy DNS DHCP Capable of diagnosing system hardware issues and software failures HP servers hardware Cisco UCS blades aka flexpods communicates the remediation plans to users and provide status updates
      • Technical Experience : Install Configure and maintain VMware platform Windows operating systems and system software, and backup and recovery, system monitoring disaster recovery security audit capacity and tool support Capable of patching windows servers using WSUS knowledge on implementing AV products McAfee/Sophos troubleshooting patches deployment and experienced on vulnerability remediation on servers
      • Professional Attributes : Knowledge of network routing and security protocols and implementationsTCP/IP SSL IPSEC VPN SSL VPN VLANs Excellent communication skill in English Regularly communicate with clients Adherent to teamwork Deployment of system and evaluating system performance issues
      • Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education
    • Additional Information : Knowledge in Hyperconvergence Infrastructure Microsoft Azure Design
