Job Description

    Role Name / Designation: VO Unit Sales ManagerBand: VA/BBusiness Group: RetailVertical: Geo Structure - VOLocation: [Insert Location]Stakeholder Management:
    • Customers, Dealers, and Agents
    Role Objective:
    • Responsible for managing the retail products across health, property, and motor sectors.
    • Achieve assigned PMS through a team of field officers (in specific regions) and various verticals allocated by the BM.
    • Meet product-wise volume and value targets within the designated area.
    • Maintain strong, effective relationships with channel partners.
    • Develop and sustain positive relationships with dealers, agents, lead providers, intermediaries, and direct customers (for CE) as per the journey plan.
    • Ensure high-quality after-sales service for customers.
