Job Description

    Role- Voice Process Executive Night Shift (International Voice Process)Time- 10 pm to 6 am fixededucation- Graduate- freshersSalary- 25000 to 35000 for freshersExperience in internation Voice- 35000 to 45000Only Excellent communcation candidates needs to applyNo tragetsInbound ProcessLocation- Rajaji Nagar BangaloreIntrested Candidates call/whatsupp- hidden_mobileRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound calls related to medical travel insurance
    • Ensure 100% response rate no missed calls
    • Resolve queries within 5 to 15 minutes; justify if delayed
    • Escalate calls outside your scope (language issues, unrelated queries)
    • Maintain compliance never collect SSNs, bank info, or sensitive data
    • Follow scripts, use CRM tools, and update call logs accurately
    • Attend regular mock calls and training sessions
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
    • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
    • Ability to work independently during night shifts
    • Prior experience in a healthcare or insurance process is a plus
