Job Description

    Associate VP SalesPosition reports to CEO & CGOJob DescriptionJob Summary:Associate VP - Sales will oversee and lead the activities of the Sales Department. Responsible for complete sales Targets for the financial year.Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Motivates and encourages sales team and assign targets accordingly, quarter wise and share it to management.
    • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
    • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
    • He / She can recruit additional Sales team if required for prominent locations to drive sales in those regions
    • He / She has complete liberty to travel across Karnataka and also on special assigned tasks from Management to other locations in pan India.
    • ensure he and his entire team to follow work ethics, follow Company guidelines related to Travel policies. Any deviation if required, he should discuss in person with MD and seek approval.
    • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses
    • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
    • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
    • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    • At least 8 to 10 years of sales experience required.
