Job Description

  • The team member will need to establish strong relationships and partner with the GT organization across India and the relevant global partners as well as support partners in Finance, recruitment, training, resiliency, tax, compliance, legal and other functions.
  • The team member will be face of GT India for all interactions with these support functions and partners
  • The team member will be involved in preparing executive and senior management reports, metrics
  • The team member will be involved in strategy execution, program management, project planning, change management and data analytics
  • This is a role for individual contributor working with virtual teams.
Key Responsibilities:Accelerating adoption of GT vision
  • Provide governance for India key metrics, milestones and deliverables to manage the strategy and local implementation.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team and their representatives in all areas of metrics and change management including planning, execution and reporting.
Running transformation programs
  • Drive, participate and own large global transformation initiatives.
  • Suggest and implement changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of existing processes, tools and reporting
Tech Site Management
  • Be technology center (hub) manager, working closely with the tech center lead and the local management committee for driving and executing the strategy locally.
Regional governance, resiliency and reporting
  • Implement key MIS performance analytics and reporting, partner with global and regional PMOs and project managers for executive management reporting for status of key metrics and messaging, critical technology programs and milestones.
  • Provide support for regional management meetings, town halls, and communications, pan-India / regional events, senior executive visits, external relations, innovation, communication, etc.
  • Provide business management consultancy and guidance.
