    • Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.
    • Reminding them regarding their upcoming EMIs or educating them for makingpayment for any unpaid EMIs.
    • Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.
    • Informing customers regarding payment options available or any other informationrelated to the EMI.
    • Take feedback from the customer and input the same with complete accuracy.
    • Report any persistent issues faced in performing the above activities.
    • To be polite and professional on the call.
    What are some of the good-to-have skills for this role
    • Fresher / experienced in telesales, sales, customer experience.
    • Good verbal communication skills(English, Hindi preferred to know at least 1 regional language*)
    • Should be proactive, confident, and skilled in objection handling
    • Should have basic knowledge of the internet and excel
    • Flexible in working as per rosters and shifts
    Other details:
    • In addition to a fixed salary, there is performance-based incentive ranging from a minimum of 10,000 to a maximum of 30,000 per month.
