    Job Description Analyst Fraud OpsWork Location Bengaluru (Cessna business park)Work From Office (5 days)Shifts Night Shifts (PST Time zone)SummaryA Fraud Ops Analyst is responsible for reviewing, validating and investigating customer identities to prevent fraud, impersonation, account abuse and unauthorized access. The role combines fraud detection, risk assessment and document verification.ResponsibilitiesReview Identify verification requests, documents and supporting evidence enabling secure identity validation in line with the set policies and proceduresInvestigate suspicious accounts, identify thefts attempts, impersonations and fraudulent onboarding activitiesAnalyze risk indicators, fraud signals and patterns if anyPerform coordination of IV issuance and validation processes, ensuring proper handling of requests, alignment with fraud controls, and resolution of customer impacting issues.Identify and escalate high risk cases in line with the escalation protocols and policy exceptionsHandle customer escalations and review sensitive casesSkills Required
    • 1-6 years of overall experience with a minimum of 1year relevant experience in Fraud Operations
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and network
    • Familiarity with fraud typologies (ATO, abuse, synthetic identities, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience in Excel
    • Strong problem-solving skills and judgement in ambiguous scenarios
    Education:Bachelors degree
