Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a large warehouse and oversee the daily operations. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory and maintaining a safe working environment. In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock rotation. An ability to work well with a team and strong leadership skills are essential.Responsibilities1. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.2. Create and implement inventory management systems, processes and procedures.3. Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.4. Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation.5. Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.6. Ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.7. Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.8. Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.9. Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.10. Maintain records and documentations concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.
