We are having Opening for Customer Support Executive US based Customer Support -Indiranagar, Bangalore.PositionCustomer Support ExecutiveQualificationAny GraduateOffice LocationIndiranagar, BangaloreGenderMale / femaleIndustryITCTC20k to 35k Work ExperienceExperience of 1 2 years in a call center/customer support position (specifically US based Customer Support)Job ResponsibilitiesJob purpose The Client Customer Support Executive is the one who is responsible for answering all queries related to our Clients products/services, maintenance of Clients Calendar & creation of neat, accurate spreadsheets for our Clients Marketing Campaigns.Duties and responsibilities Answering Customer Support:Clearing out & handling all tickets on Ticketing Platform, FreshDesk and our gmail systemSend out call recordings of all of our client related calls to appropriate persons and ensure upload in the appropriate placesMaintenance of Reports:Creating Daily Marketing Campaigns reports on Google Spreadsheets with precision level accuracy by pulling data from various platforms - Facebook, Infusionsoft, etcMaintenance of Social Media Channels:Upload Content Education videos of our clients to Clients Facebook & YouTube Organic Channels with appropriate descriptions neatly & accurately dailyUpload Content Education videos of our Clients to the appropriate Facebook Groups & sending it to upload in membership site with co-ordination of Development ExecutivePost appropriate content thats given on clients social mediaProject Management:Interpret video editing instructions from client based on the content & send it over to Video Editor for editingUpdating our list of clients roster, and keeping that spread sheet up to date based on the information receivedSkillsGreat Spoken & Written Communication SkillsExperience Handling FreshDesk or similar Ticketing PlatformExperience using Facebook/YouTubeEmail Writing SkillsExcellent Use of ExcelReport Preparation SkillsNOTE: The work timings are for an 8 hour period from 9 AM 6 PM (may also be 11 AM 8 PM).
