Job Description

    We re seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced backend engineer who enjoys early stage environments that provide freedom to move fast and ship new customer-facing products and features at speed. You ll work closely with the office of CTO and have a high degree of influence and input into the direction of the product and company. The right candidate will have a high degree of versatility and excels at creating software at all layers of web application platforms. The role requires outstanding communication and customer empathy skills. Since we are a remote first company, you will simultaneously need to be able to collaborate well and be self-directed and work independently. Responsibilities
    • Act as the principle point of contact from India for implementation with the global Genpact implementation team and the client
    • Own the technical implementation and customizations for client deployments
    • Work with the global implementation team on the client mobilization to define the scope, approach, plan and business case for implementation programs.
    • Manage and deliver tasks like configuration and API customizations, etc. following client methodology or PVAI methodology as appropriate.
    • Work with the global project/program manager and ensure the assigned tasks are delivered to time, cost and quality
    • Work with the client during the user testing phases (as applicable) to make sure testing is conducted seamlessly without any roadblocks
    • Work closely with the product engineering teams to work on the issues and defects raised by the clients to get them resolved.
    • Manage the client raised defects with laser sharp focus and get them resolved with the engineering teams
    • Perform smoke tests before rolling out the solution to the client
    • Work with the API and interface developers to make sure PVAI works with the client systems
    • Work to ensure the deployment of PVAI to the client environments or on the cloud as applicable
    • Work with the PVAI support team in the initial hyper care period to resolve issues post go live
    Requirements Must Have
    • Relevant experience (Delivery Manager) in a client facing role for a consulting or technology services company.
    • GxP Technical Delivery experience required.
    • Good understanding of related business operations.
    • Good understanding of Cloud / SaaS solutions and associated implementation approaches
    • Strong commercial experience, including scoping and shaping proposals and pricing.
    • Strong project management skills, including estimating, planning and tracking of delivery.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
    • Must be willing to travel as needed
    Preferred
    • Experienced and comfortable with agile and offshore delivery models.
    • Good understanding of Cloud / SaaS solutions and associated implementation approaches
    • Exposure to machine learning techniques and associated technologies.
    • Experience of implementing drug safety case processing systems (e.g. ARISg, Argus and custom systems) in a GxP compliant environment is desirable.
    • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
    • Must be willing to travel as needed
