Job Description

Graduate/MBA (Bachelor s Degree in Commerce/other related background) with 2-3 years of work experience in financial processes. Good communication skills

Processing & validating account opening & various types of maintenance requests on client accounts for the private banking clients
Ensure adherence to operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no SLA miss

At least 2 -3 years of experience in similar environment
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Client Focused
Must be very detailed oriented
Have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Knowledge of Investment products
Awareness of the high risk, time and critical nature of work
