Roles and responsibilities We are looking for design and usability professionals that have experience in full- fledged websites, designing the user interface for web applications, logo designs, brochures, flyers, corporate identity packages, etc.Must be able to create cutting- edge designs using the latest standards and best practicesDesign websites, and work with the developers to integrate the design with the code for web applicationsIdeating and conceptualizing creative work for clients (logo design, corporate identity packages, etc.) Execute client requirements for visual design including website designs, graphics for websites, PowerPoint, brochures, etcCreate unique brand identities for the web and execute corporate re- branding projects.Candidate requirements: Minimum of 4 year of experience in graphic and visual designExpert with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash to create rich designsExpert in HTML, HTML5, XHTML, CSS 2/ CSS 3 and BootstrapCreativity is a must, and the ability to create high quality original designs is requiredHave experience creating Web 2.0 designsExposure to web 2.0, W3C standards, and Rich Internet ApplicationsKnowledge of creating templates/ masters in applications like PowerPoint and Word is essentialThorough understanding and experience working with standards compliant CSS by converting PSD to valid XHTML and CSSExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a silo as well as in a team environment to complete projects on timeEnthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast- paced, high pressure environmentYou will be joining a hard working, social team and you will be required to fit in well on both a professional and social level.,
