We are looking for design and usability professionals that have experience in full- fledged websites, designing the user interface for web applications, logo designs, brochures, flyers, corporate identity packages, etc. Must be able to create cutting- edge designs using the latest standards and best practices Design websites, and work with the developers to integrate the design with the code for web applications Ideating and conceptualizing creative work for clients (logo design, corporate identity packages, etc.) Execute client requirements for visual design including website designs, graphics for websites, PowerPoint, brochures, etc Create unique brand identities for the web and execute corporate re- branding projects. Candidate requirements: Minimum of 4 year of experience in graphic and visual design Expert with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash to create rich designs Expert in HTML, HTML5, XHTML, CSS 2/ CSS 3 and Bootstrap Creativity is a must, and the ability to create high quality original designs is required Have experience creating Web 2.0 designs Exposure to web 2.0, W3C standards, and Rich Internet Applications Knowledge of creating templates/ masters in applications like PowerPoint and Word is essential Thorough understanding and experience working with standards compliant CSS by converting PSD to valid XHTML and CSS Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a silo as well as in a team environment to complete projects on time Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast- paced, high pressure environment You will be joining a hard working, social team and you will be required to fit in well on both a professional and social level ,
