Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database/applications company.Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. BS in Computer Science or related field., The candidate hired in this position will be part Application Management Services (AMS) team supporting Health Sciences Global Business Unit (HSGBU) cloud offerings. HSGBU AMS team operates on a 24*7 model and the candidate will be supporting Argus cloud service for Production customers hosted on Oracle Cloud.General Requirements:2 to 12 years or more of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware platform (WebLogic) and products such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Oracle SOA, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle B2B etc.Experience in setting up clustered environments on Linux / Unix environments in the role of OBIEE Administrator is mandatory.Experience in 24/7 operations supporting Production customersMinimum 2-5 years of experience in system design, administration, application software, and operations required.Ability to research and develop solutions to new or unknown OBIEE and Database issuesAble to work independently, manage time and complete tasks within deadlinesProactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.Assist project teams with technical issues, including definition of needs, benefits, technical strategy, technical analysis and design, support of operations staff in executing, testing, and roll-out of solutions.Technical Requirements:WebLogic installation, Configuration, Clustering, administration and user managementInstallation/Configuration/Administration of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Administration will include, but not be limited to creation of users and roles, and RDP administration. The Administrator will follow the guidelines from the Development team and/or the Operations team for responsibility tasksOracle Fusion Middleware upgrades, patches, scheduler maintenance, and installing of maintenance releases.Experience in setting up application deployment (Installation, Configuration, Integration with other components) on Cloud environment based on underlying Application ArchitectureExperience in Disaster Recovery setupExperience in setting up SSL certificatesAdministration, Maintenance and support of the Application instances on Reference, Validation and Customer environmentsWill be required to create and maintain technical IQ documentation for the support of the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition environmentsHands on experience in Chef or any open source scriptingWorking experience in Linux environmentSafety/Clinical Domain experienceOn-call 24/7 responsibilityQualifications: Solid technical background and experience working with OBIEEPossess fine-tuned analytical and troubleshooting skills and/or programming experienceShould have worked on any ticketing toolPossess system deployment/implementation expertise; preferably in a regulated environmentPossess good organizational and communication skillsKnowledge of the clinical drug development industry, procedures/processes, and regulatory standards desirableProficiency in related, underlying technologies, including SQL, Oracle, XML, and integration technologies and standardsPossess a working knowledge in software development tools, practices and life cycle methodologiesExperience with producing documentation in a regulatory-compliant environmentAbility to handle multiple tasksBachelors degree in technical domain or Bachelors degree and applicable technical educationMinimum Required Education and Experience 2-5 years of experience in IT Operations & SupportHave worked for a Pharma and or CRO at least for 2 or more yearsBachelors degree in IT or equivalentFamiliarity with FDA and EMA Drug and Device Safety Reporting regulations desirableFamiliarity and Experience with Agile methodology and ScrumITIL Certification is preferred
