Responsibilities include providing 24/7 remote support. Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis factors of StorageInfrastructure. To provide 1st & 2nd level Storage Management services and productsupport for NetApp, EMC & IBM Storage. Maintain and manage various storage solutions. Analyze and resolve escalated problems. Ensure integrity of supported environment. Manage and resolve problems identified by sys admins or monitoringsoftware Work with change and problem management tools Hardware /software fault detection and vendor liaison. Liaise with customer accounts as required Analyze and resolve escalated problems within SLA. Investigate, identify and document proposals that will improveapplication recoverability. Document and implement changes to technical standards as required. Ensure that customer satisfactory levels are exceeded. Provide recommendations to improve the SAN infrastructure, andaddress/lead critical issues and root cause analysis Proven track record in the implementation and execution ofdocumented support processes and can direct others in same.
