    Wintel AdminExp- 3 to 6yearsLocation- BangaloreNp- 15days to ImmediatePerform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.Perform timely Patch management as per the Schedule.Perform Change Management as per the process.Support to all BAU [Business as usual] calls.Support to raising & implementing including the Patch management CRs in the Wintel infrastructure.The setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows 2003,2008,2012 Server Edition, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server.Detailed Activities:-Windows OS & AD Incident/Production ManagementInstalling, Configuring and Hardening of Windows 2008 / 2012 ServersInstalling, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services.AD Replication monitoring and regular health checks to be performed.Creating Group Policies and implementation as per standard procedures.RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools.Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance related activities.Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA.3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshootingControlled shutdown and restart of services and dependenciesConsole operations - verify system availabilityDaily Operating System alert handling and responseQuarterly / half yearly password maintenance and schedulingTicket Status Check and UpdateRespond to False Positive AlertsIncident Escalation and Progress MonitoringHandling Sev1 Incidents reported by customer and automated alertsHandling Sev2 Incidents reported by customer and automated alertsConfigure and Monitoring of DHCP ScopesMaintenance of DNS ZonesManagement investigation of customer complaintsMaintenance of Hardware Monitoring AgentsEscalation of Hardware Alerts to onsite maintenanceDeployment and Maintenance of Backup Agent SoftwareInstall of OS, Tooling, Backup Software, system management components PatchingPerform timely Patch management as per the Schedule.Deployment of Monthly MS Fixes / PatchesControlled Reboot of all systems after patch applicationOS software installation of non mandatory patches and service packsDocumentationDocumenting the changes in change management.Document the Incident Report in Incident Management ToolsCreating and updating of technical documentationAntivirusAntivirus managementInitiate Outbreak co-ordination teamTroubleshooting of Antivirus DefinitionsResolution of out of date Pattern filesCleaning, deleting and Quarantining affected filesManagement of Performance Monitoring Alerts (false positive)Monitoring and Logging for Security violationsExperience and Skill required must:Good understanding of Operating System infrastructures (And / Or relevant Application specific infrastructure as appropriate)Experience of client/server and enterprise environmentsAbility to structure and draft technical documentationAbility to work under pressure and remain decisive.Should be able to train junior team membersHaving Windows certification in 2008/2012 will be an added advantage
