The Requirements You Will: Cover 7x24x 365 as part of a shift roitaProvide 2nd and 3rd line support for server infrastructureAssist other teams with infrastructure issuesProactively manage and administer server environments; analyse customer requirements, gather and analyse data, recommending solutionsAssist with implementation and testing of DR solutions for new and existing customersConduct and report root cause and problem investigation for infrastructure and application issues to senior managementReview and implement security recommendationsInvestigate and report security breachesProduct / update support documentationUndertake knowledge transfer to internal operation teamsProvide technical support as requestedWe would like you to have: Wide depth of knowledge and experience working with several Windows server technologiesAn ability to manage complex and large scale technical solutionsExtensive operational experience in deploying and managing Microsoft solutionsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralAn ability to deal with sensitive customer issuesAn ability to provide technical input into bid, project and technical documentsAn ability to manage time and multi- task effectively.An existing Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalentEssential Skills: Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012 and 2016)Active DirectoryExchange Server (2010, 2013 and 2016)Office 365VMware ESXi 5.5/ 6.0Windows and hardware clustering technologiesSecurity products (such as anti- virus, firewall etc)Backup solutions (i.e. VEEAM, Backup Exec etc)Mobility solutions (Exchange ActiveSync, Airwatch etc),
