Job Description

    Experience in working on Work Force Management Systems (example Verint, Infor, Genesys, eWFM, IEX, Blue Pumpkin, etc) Highly proficient in MS Office Products with strong emphasis in Exceland Analysis Presentations in PowerPointExcellent Oral and Verbal Communication Skills Analysis of WFM reports and trend reporting Emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Outstanding Skills in analytics, complex problem solving, critical thinkingand decision making Proven Experience in managing remote teams and delivering resultsacross multiple geographies and functions.Able to understand the working and impact of key SLAs like ASA, AHT,Shrinkage, Abandonment Rate, Response Times, etc. on forecasting Work closely with operations, clients and business partners to forecaststaffing and workload requirements to ensure resource availabilityrequired to meet the revenue targets are done in a timely andstreamlined manner.
