We are a Team of 1200+ employees spread across cities in India.Mode of Hire: Permanent with Klaus IT, on deputation to ClientPurpose & Responsibilities:o Translate business requirements/user stories into solutiono Design End to End integration/reporting solution to fulfill requirementso Ensuring timely and quality deliverables as per Shell standards by pro-actively managing work and mitigating security risks.o Proactively engage with team members in the virtual DevOps teams, HR Services teams and Legacy systems teams.o Contribute to the Agile environment by thinking out of the box and continuously wanting to structurally improve the ways of working, the technical stability and the speed in which changes are delivered Dimension: o Strong Oral and Written Communicationo Technical competence Workday tool & process (Implementation & support)Skills & Requirements: o Good hands on exposure to Workday Advanced compensation moduleo Exposure to managing bonus, annual merit and comp cycles.o Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation and Security concepts within Workday.o Agile framework and relevant tools (VSTS, ServiceNow etc.)o Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT or which 2+ years in Workday Adv comp/comp solutions.o Implementation: At least 1 end to end implementation as implementation partner or as key stakeholder in client IT team o Methodologies: Agile framework & relevant tools (VSTS, ServiceNow etc.)total yrs of exp/relevant expnotice periodwiling to relocate to bangalore
