    Workforce Management (WFM) Capacity Planning & Forecasting | Bangalore | CL-9 (7 Yrs) / CL-10 (5 Yrs) | Up to 15 LPAJob Description Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist / SMEWe are hiring experiencedWorkforce Management (WFM) professionalsspecializing incapacity planning and forecastingforContact Center, Service, Sales, or Retail operations environments. The role requires expertise inWFM systems, forecasting models, and workforce metrics, ensuring efficient resource allocation and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement, and maintaincapacity planning and forecasting models.
    • Analyze historical data and trends to predict future workforce requirements.
    • Work with stakeholders to optimizestaffing, scheduling, and workload distribution.
    • Provide insights into workforce metrics and recommend improvements.
    • UtilizeWFM systems and toolsto generate reports and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Ensure accuracy in workforce planning to meetSLAs and operational KPIs.
    • Contribute as anindividual contributor (CL-9)or as aSubject Matter Expert (CL-10)depending on role level.
    Career Levels & Experience:
    • CL-10:Subject Matter Expert (SME) role | Minimum5 years relevant WFM experience| Max CTC:9.510 LPA.
    • CL-9:Senior Individual Contributor (IC) / Potential Team Lead | Minimum7 years relevant WFM experience| Max CTC:1415 LPA.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong expertise inWorkforce Management (WFM).
    • Proven experience inCapacity Planning & Forecasting(mandatory).
    • Knowledge ofWFM tools/systemsand ability to create predictive models.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
