  • Project Role :Test Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1: Understand customer requirements create test cases based on it 2: Peer Review for test cases 3: Test data creation in test systems 4: Provide test effort estimation to Quality Manager 5: Planning Executing as per the defined Test Strategy
      • Technical Experience : 1: Good Experience with working in functional/Automation/performance testing teams 2: Good knowledge of automation tools like eCATT/QTP/Worksoft Certify/SAP TAO/Selenium/LoadRunner, etc 3: conceptualize a testing strategy for varied requirements provide a detailed Test Strategy document
      • Professional Attributes : 1: Good communication skills 2: Good leadership skills 3: Should have team handling skills 4: Must have analytical skills and presentation skills
    • Educational Qualification : BE or Btech
