- Lead, build, develop and motivate a strong team to create and execute strategic and tactical plans that meet revenue targets and deliver KPI goals- Develop an integrated customer loyalty and recognition strategy in support of business priorities, which drives GMV and retains existing customers- Work within the project team to ensure delivery of a new customer contact strategy and CLM campaigns (emails, PN, SMS) designed to be relevant, personalized and engaging, driving a step-change in Click through rate and conversion- Contribute to wider commercial growth and revenue strategies / plans, including enhanced online personalization and retargeting through digital marketing channels (display, PPC, social, etc)- Measure performance with regular tracking of KPIsAbout You:- Excellent problem-solving skills; sound understanding of macro, business, and processes; ability to analyze data and translate it into solutions- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data-driven insights into actions- Customer obsession- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently- Goal-oriented with the get-it-done approach- Self-starter and self-directed- B.E./B.Tech./B.Com./B.B.A. or any other relevant degree; Masters preferred- 5+ years of experience- Experience in a B2C company is a plus- Proven experience of leading a significant CRM change program is a Plus,
