Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and lead the implementation of high-impact Continuous Improvement projects in Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and driving process maturity.
  • Provide expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to analyze and improve end-to-end processes, mentor and coach Green Belt and Black Belt candidates in the use of these methodologies and support the deployment of a Continuous Improvement culture throughout the organization.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate with Service Excellence and functional leadership, and key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to align Continuous Improvement projects with strategic goals, and to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Develop and mentor Continuous Improvement teams: Build and lead high-performing Continuous Improvement teams (including Green Belt and Black Belt candidates) across the organization, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Monitor progress and success: Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of implemented solutions, continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the improvements, and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Enable Knowledge Management: Work with Knowledge Management team in the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Artifacts.
  • Implement advanced automation and analytics solutions: Design and execute strategies to identify opportunities for implementation of automation and analytics solutions across Shared Services functions (utilizing tools such as robotic process automation, data visualization, predictive analytics, and machine learning).
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends: Stay updated on the latest advancements in Continuous Improvement methodologies, automation, and analytics technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for their application within the organization.
  • Occasional international travel maybe needed.
Your Background:
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) from a reputed Institute (ASQ, ISI, IACET or ISSAC accredited)
  • 15+ years of overall experience with at least 2+ years as MBB in previous role/s.
  • Extensive experience in identifying and leading Process Improvement projects that result in significant process improvements and cost savings for the organization.
  • Expertise in coaching and training Green and Black Belts, as well as other employees, in the principles and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Expert with data analysis to identify areas of improvement and to measure the success of Six Sigma projects.
  • Experience of working on or driving automation, and analytics projects would be preferred.
  • Experience in working on Improvement projects in a Shared Services environment would be preferred.
  • Experience in leading change management efforts and ensuring that the organizations culture and processes are aligned with Six Sigma principles.
  • Extensive experience with software applications and tools used in project/program life cycle (Minitab, Visio, Program Management tools etc.)
  • Must have strong problem-solving, synthesizing and analytical skills to identify and address issues that arise during Six Sigma projects.
  • Excellent negotiation skill with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Extensive experience of working within a shared services environment to connect with stakeholder.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to build professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum education qualification - Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong written, oral, communication, networking and presentation skills.
