Job Title: Senior Springboot Microservices Developer (Team Lead)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Springboot Microservices Developer (Team Lead) with experience in leading a team of developers, client handling, designing and developing Microservices-based solutions, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, as well as experience in developing and deploying Microservices-based applications using Springboot and REST API.Responsibilities:Senior Tech/Development resource and able to Lead a scrum team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of Microservices-based solutions using Springboot and REST APIAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and managing client expectationsCollaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather requirements, design solutions, and plan project milestonesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manualsMentor team members and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologiesEnsure code quality and maintainability using unit testing and code reviewsTroubleshoot and debug software issuesStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software developmentRequirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in developing Microservices-based applications using Springboot and REST APIStrong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including agile development practicesExperience with leading a team of developers and managing client relationshipsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL ServerExperience with Git, SVN or other version control systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Experience with front-end technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJSKnowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureKnowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, etc.Knowledge of Spring Cloud and its components like Config Server, Eureka, Ribbon, etc.
