Job Description

In this role you will be reporting to Manufacturing Unit Manager and will be responsible for leading the factory maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines and/or facilities. Developing and implementing equipment life cycle management procedures for optimizing costs and profitability.Your responsibilities

  • Proposing and managing the annual maintenance budget. Monitoring the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determines actions to cost issues as necessary
  • Collaborating with the Engineering department in the definition of maintenance plans for new production lines and recommends methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of equipment
  • Defining maintenance policies and processes that drive maximum efficiency of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. Developing and implementing life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment
  • Developing and proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines to reduce both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
  • Ensuring that group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources
  • Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
Your background
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in plant maintenance
  • Good working knowledge about electrical equipment drawings and its operations
  • Knowledge in Hydraulic/Pneumatic system, Vacuum pumps, EOT crane and Compressor
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
