JOB DESCRIPTIONUST Global is looking for a Program Manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands on experience on managing multiple projects at organization which will help to support the organizations strategic directions as well as creating and managing long term goals. Candidate should have good experience in program/stakeholder management skills recruiting process monitoring work plans and budget and coordinate partner activities. A good understanding of Agile software development SDLC and PM tools is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders is key to be successful in this role. As a Program Manager you will . Partner with Business Product / Tech owners and Operation Leaders in understanding long-term capabilities / initiatives that needs to be managed in-line with the Organizational/Functional goals. . Clearly articulate & communicate vision plans and project status to business stakeholders . Help and identify existing technologies/processes that can be leveraged to meet teams goals. . Foresee manage and raise appropriate visibility to risks and issues. . Drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid roadblocks . Research analyze and recommend solutions which meet business and technology needs Requirements: . Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution . Hands-on experience in establishing and driving Agile methodology . Proven track record of taking ownership and of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. . Manage resources and coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of programs. . Ability to drive collaboration with executives business and technical teams to achieve effective solutions . Flexible and resilient comfortable with ambiguity adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes Top 3 must have: . Stakeholder Management - Align the stakeholders on Whats and the Hows of the Technical Program . Planning & Execution - Drive execution rigor using set practices Manage & Drive Change wherever needed . Problem Solving & Decision Making - Proactively identify problems & drive solutions make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization
