In this role you will be reporting to Digital Offering Product Manager and will be responsible for providing next generation artificial intelligence enabled industry analytics solutions that addresses the needs of an industry 4.0 driven ecosystem to further strengthen ABB Ability offerings to enable us achieve the fair share of huge marketYour responsibilities

• Providing a vision for the PA (Process Automation) digital product suite as a whole and its components and communicate the same to all stakeholders so that everyone is working towards same objective
• Collaborating with all stakeholders (divisions, customers, digital solution engineering etc) units to understand the solutions, identify gaps based on customer requirements, developing functional specifications, value drivers and translating business requirements into user stories and integrated solution roadmap
• Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Contribute to Product Vision and Product Roadmap, define iteration and stories, establish story acceptance Criteria, backlog Grooming
• Drive Iteration Goals and Iteration Content via Prioritized stories, accepts iteration as part of Sprint Demos and close Collaboration with dev teams, Architecture and UX teams.
• Working with development teams to ensure that they understand the use cases end to end functionality of the product components design specialized great features for our clients
• Working with the UX team to provide valuable guidance in aligning the product functionality with the best in class user experience based on the user personas
• Coordinating with the marketing/documentation team in developing customer centric brochures, data sheets, product guides and presales collaterals
• Inspiring and motivating the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Working with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful mindshare for the products and solutions

Your background

• MBA from an accredited two-year university with minimum 10 years of experience in a product management capacity in managing software product with in the area of Data Engineering, Analytics & core application.
• Experience related to building products in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise using Open Source technology.
• Professional certification such as PMPO or SAFe POPM or equivalent.
• Understanding of Industrial Domain in a plus.
• Experience in product management in the software industry like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft with focus on digitalization of industrial businesses, the industrial Internet of Things (IOT) and deep understanding of at least some of the industries like Oil&Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Metal and Mining, Paper & Pulp, Marine & Ports etc
• Solid presentation skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Availability to travel internationally as required
• Experience is software requirement management life cycle
