Job Description

Achievement of Sales Promises Right manpower mapping to each shop and market Customer satisfaction score as or above benchmark Hiring of DSM Hiring of SA/DSMD Hiring of Distributors (Shops tie-up) Conducting New Hire Induction in the city Coaching of DSM and SA/DSMD Manage relationship with dealers- tie-up, disbursement, sales process adherence, product sales, VAS- right pitching and customer satisfaction Frequent market surveys and visits to get feedback on our people, product and process Local R&R and engagement of employees. Maintain strict discipline and adherence to companys process and rules. Manage sales network relationships and expectations Cross departments synchronization of daily processes. Knows and maintains relationships with OEM like Branch Manager of LG, Vivo, Oppo, Samsung, Haier, Samsung HA etc. Visits and maintains relations with top 20% dealers of the shops. Competition BM for competition updates
