Job Description

We are a leading Japanese based IT consulting firm with over 25 years of the industry presence. We are HQ'd in New Delhi and have branches in Bangalore , Hyderabad & Pune location. We are looking to hire a senior candidate for our Sales division Qualification: Any Graduate/post graduate Roles and Responsibilities :- The aspirant has to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Development pertaining to Recruitment industry. He / She needs to be a graduate and would prefer a MBA as education The Aspirant will have revenue Targets to achieve and would be in conjugation with the client signed in a year Exposure to RPO sales is a must and needs to be aligned with the recruitment delivery process for RPO. He / She needs to have superior communications and articulation skills as they need to take the responsibility of client acquisition and engagement. This will involve industry connects with Seniors / Leader. He /She should have been well versed with RFP / RFI process and documentation Needs to have extremely good industry connects Aspirant needs to have decent marketing and Social Selling Skills as well Should have high Target orientation and achievement track record with a stable career path Needs to be creative and innovative in their approach
