Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college/university in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 1. Responsible for the acquisition and implementation of sensors capable of gathering all data relevant to the dynamic performance components or Sub systems under test 2. Instrumentation: Expertise in mounting & using instruments like strain gauges, accelerometers, microphones, thermocouples, load cells, laser & potentiometer based displacement sensors. Should be familiar of performing activities like cable routing & troubleshooting. 3. Data acquisition & processing: Candidate should be familiar with data acquisition & the data acquisition systems like NI, LMS Mobile / Lab SCADAS, HBM Quantum X, Yokogawa etc. Should able to process data using tools like LMS test lab, LMS desktop advanced, Famous, Catman etc. Should have experience in data processing steps like PSD calculations, rain flow counting, filtering, Colormap, order tracking, waterfalls, GPS data etc. 4. Testing experience: Should have the experience of performing dynamic & static tests on heavy duty mining vehicles, trucks/ cars, railways etc. 5.
