Key Responsibilities: Provides Design and Implementation support to Global customers for implementations and management of Netapps, Isilon & Unity NAS Products Works closely with the customer on Dell EMC Best Practices; ensures solutions work as intended in the customer's environment. Provides proactive recommendations to the customer for improving their use of Dell EMC Storage solutions to help maximize their satisfaction with Dell EMC. Actively contributes to the implementation, configuration, layout and performance tuning of Dell EMC products. Participates in the design and operational execution of the customer's disaster recovery process as required. Performs necessary storage infrastructure maintenance and necessary data migration, as required. Performs complex and/or extended-stay implementations per the specifications in the Statement of Work, Scope document, Architecture Design Document or Project Manager direction. May be required to support and train both customers and less experienced co-workers. Essential Requirements: Working knowledge on Design and Implementation on Isilon, Netapp & Unity Hands on Skills on Products like Netapp, Isilon and Unity will be essential. Hands on Skills on Dell Block and File Migrations technologies from EMC to EMC and Non EMC to EMC Arrays. Hands on Skills that cover Migration skills such as, Datadobi, Emcopy, Rsync. Integration with most commonly used applications in industry (Virtualized environments, MS Exchange, SQL, Oracle and VMWare). Leadership skills to lead and execute on projects. Good Communication and Presentation skills. Ready to work in the Americas Shift. Desirable Requirements: Working knowledge Migration design.
