Accounting and Reporting a) Transaction Accounting in ERP, Tax Compliance & GL review b) Calculation of TDS payable and timely deposition c) Passing/reviewing all closing entries with complete supporting documentation d) Analysis of PR, PO and SRN/GRN on a weekly basis and follow up with departments for open PR/PO. 2. Budget Tracking a) Monthly preparation and analysis of Departmental P&L for actuals verses budget b) MIS circulation for balance budgets to various departments 3. Month End Closing a) Tracking of accruals, preparing Analysis Templates and supporting closing activities b) Preparation of balance sheet schedules and uploading them in system c) Analysis of P&L line items 4. Audit and compliances a) To ensure compliance with company policy, procedure & Process b) Supporting various audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, CAD Audit etc. c) Preparation of IGAAP templates d) Monthly review of capex lying in CWIP and ensuring capitalization, Coordinating Physical Verification of Company Assets as per SOX requirement
