Analyze, develop, design, and maintain software for the organizations products and systems. Perform system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develop, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Responsibilities: Establishes requirements for highly complex software design projects Insures correct features are incorporated quickly in the projects. Insures correct features are incorporated on time in the project Completes all phases of the projects. Follows through on all in-process and final inspection activities. Drives code review of projects. Develops and applies technical and quality improvements. Creates new programs, technologies and solutions based on novel or unique ideas. Insures new ideas and methodologies are documented for use by software teams. Defines requirements for and may design complex new tools to aid in the analysis and solving of complex problems. Qualification Educational Qulification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech/MCA or quivalent. Over all 5 to 7years of experience in IT Industry preferably in product development. Prior experience with Hadoop and Big data (Not PoC project) for 3 years or more. Must have experience with Spark Streaming, Kafka, Oozie, and/or Spark for 2 to 3 years Strong Coding Skill in Scala (at least 2 years) and Java/Python (at least 2 years) Must have good experience on Hadoop (Cloudera, Hortonworks, MapR, HDInsights) Experience with SQL RDBMS. Oracle RDBMS experience a plus. Good to have data modeling skills, relational and nonrelational (Optional) Familiarity with Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, EMR, IAM) At least 2 years of experience on HBase/Cassandra/Elestic Search Code deployment and setup of services Experience with Continuous Integration & Testing platforms (Jenkins especially).
