The applicant will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer might face with accuracy,efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels and Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Eligibility Criteria Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and 5 Days working with 2 Days rotational OFF Any Graduate -10 +12 + 3 is mandatory Freshers or Experienced can apply Undergraduates with Relevant experience can apply 2 Way Cab facility will be provided Salary: From 19,000/- to 23000 /- (based on the relevant experience/ Fresher -basis on interview performance) Language: Candidate should be fluent in English.
