We have an immediate requirement for Sharepoint consultant in Bangalore. The role is on contract for 6 months. Please apply on www.gignow.com Job purpose: SharePoint Lead in the IT Advisory Services team to work on SharePoint 2007/ 2010/2013 and Office 365 Technology based projects for our customers across the globe. Your client responsibilities: Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions. Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using classic ASP, Microsoft .Net and SharePoint Server 2010 and new 2013. Design SharePoint topologies and sizing of SharePoint farm according to client needs. Design and Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software. Then maintain product test software and demos for training purposes. Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required. Analyze, design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance in SharePoint technologies Configuring SharePoint services according to client needs. Design SharePoint topologies and sizing of SharePoint farm according to client needs. Technical skills requirements: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/MBA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years in SharePoint and .NET Technologies Experience programming in .NET4, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL. Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation. Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications. Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture. Experience with SharePoints application services framework including implementation, configuration. Knowledge on different SharePoint services like Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile etc. Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables. Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision. Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise systems application development, Preferably from Banking or Finance domain background Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices Excellent business communication skills Preferred skills: Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data Microsoft MCPD 70-576, SharePoint 2010/2013 Designing and Developing Applications certification Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services Experience in Insurance or Finance or banking domain. Prior Client facing experience Good to have Angular and React JS skillsets
