KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, Develop and Implement the HighJump Warehouse Edge operations processes for all NeilMed DCs. Design, develop SSRS reports for all distribution centers based on managements requirements. Primary point of contact for development and implementation of customizations for HighJump Warehouse Edge. Heavily involved in developing SQL queries, developing custom SSRS reports. Monitor Integration on daily basis and process the Upload and downloads ensuring there are no order issues across integrated systems. Evaluate support tickets, categorize, resolve and escalate as necessary. Document all customizations and code level changes ensuring the companys internal document compliance. Manages multiple projects, production support and system administration tasks on daily basis. Perform software upgrades without any system downtime. Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in ERP and WMS systems. Keeping abreast of new WMS features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements. Develop, Design and Deploy ERP integrations, New Customizations through scripting. Enforce proper governance of data and drive best practices for advanced business intelligence within WMS. Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the WMS platform. Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen, ability to transform end-user needs /functional requirement into technical requirements. Should provide HLD/DLD documents for any WMS development with proper work estimation. Assess the capability of the organization and identify any gaps that would prevent it from meeting business needs and achieving the desired outcomes from any project. Determine the most feasible technical solution for the identified problems and opportunities. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent experience. HighJump certified preferred Expert in SQL queries, SQL server, SSRS reports. Must have development experience with Java, C# and VB.Net. Experience in developing and consuming Webservices (SOAP and RESTful). JOB EXPERIENCE 3-5 years functional experience with WMS all functions. 5+ years of experience in working on different WMS platforms Expertise in implementing/integrating applications. Experience in working on mid-level to Enterprise applications for pre and post implementation support. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Ability to work independently to meet goals with limited or no supervision. Flexible with shift timings and willing to work to overlap PST time zone.
