Job Description

We need Branch Manager who has sound knowledge /experience of loan segment. Below is the job description of Branch ManagerDesired Profile:-

Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Branch Manager for products in loan segment i.e. Personal Loan, Commercial Vehicle Finance, Two Wheeler, Working Capital
Finance, with team management abilities.
Should able to develop the business in the targeted area with the use of skills, strategies and experience.
Should able to do recruitment as per the requirement and able to provide Training.
Should have good knowledge of Credit & Collections.
Required strong market rapport.
Business Planning & development i.e.Tie-up with Dealers & Distributors, DSAs etc.
Maintaining the Profitability of Branch Business, Achievement of the Business Targets.
Maintains the relationship with our clients, Dealers and DSAs.
Training to Manpower.
