Job Description

  • Designestion: Field Sales Executive
  • Salary: - 15,500 to 17,500 monthly
  • Education: 12th pass mandatory
Selection Criteria:
  • 6 months to 2 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
  • Candidates have to Carry Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank statement/ salary slip /offer letter at the time of Interview)
  • Candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience in any field
  • 18 - 35 yrs can apply
  • Male mandatory
  • Good Bengali skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
  • Must have PAN CARD & Aadhar Card
Responsibilities and duities:
  • A person who can handle the assigned Area, Territory Independently.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Manage channel partners for optimal results. Educate them on the process. Show demos.
  • Establishing, maintaining and building good rapport with Channel Partners
  • Completing shop to shop visits within the agreed timelines. Meet end clients whenever possible.
  • Ensure to meet disbursal targets, month on month.
  • Co-ordinate with the customer service, back end team for smoother process and aim for resolution of every query to maximize disbursals.
