Greetings.!!We , Sarthee Consultancy , are having multiple openings for process Engineer with our client into Chemical IndustryPlease find below details :Company :Leading name into manufacturing of different types of Chemicals & APIs.Designation :Process EngineerLocation :BharuchJob Requirements :BE / B.tech - Chemical qualified with minimum 2 years of experienced into process engineering from chemical industry.Job Purpose :- Responsible for strategic improvements and optimizations of operating units and the technical expertise within process area and provide technical and operational expertise within process area- Define and prioritize impactful work with the rest of their team to complete the team goalsJob Roles :- Maintain all process information documents like P&ID, PFD, Interlock List etc.- Ensure that all changes have been implemented in all the documents and on site- Implement improvements w.r.t Catalyst, Process Efficiency, to reduce breakdowns and improve up time of plant- Impart Training of Process Lines to operations team and functional teams- Work hand in hand with operations team for efficient and productive operations- Ensure that plants run at design capacity and ascertain Company Standards of HSEQ are adhered- Monitor Process Line updation w.r.t to assets- Ensure that permit system is followed in the plant and JSA has been performed thoroughly- Ensure that permit system is followed in the plant and JSA has been performed thoroughly- Initiate Management of Change procedure for proposed modification with the respective Plants teams- Conduct PSSR while ensuring all the points have been thoroughly checked for proposed modification with the respective Plants teams- Make modifications keeping aesthetics of plant in proper conditions- Acquire complete knowledge of ERCP guidelines and responsibilities- Ensure standardization of waste handling procedures on site- Inculcate safety first behaviour in plant to ensure zero safety incidents - Follow up with R&D on process improvement initiatives- Ensure samples are withdrawn as per sampling plan- Develop material and energy balance calculations and maintain its records- Develop BEP for any new process line creation- Support functional teams in detailed engineering- Follow up with procurement function for new purchases- Ensure smooth pre-commissioning and commissioning of modifications in Plants through healthy participation- Review Chemical Reaction Hazard analysis and safety studies for all chemical and intermediates- Support Process Manager for standards creation- Understand ones role and responsibility as per the organization structure clearly- Execute the tasks as per the defined Job descriptions- Ensure implementation of elements as per guidelines- Ensure standardization of files generated in the system- Capture and analyse the relevant data to monitor and evaluate the the effectiveness of the systems- Participate in competency development programs- Attend the planned trainings and understand the subject by asking timely questions- Provide shop floor training to the team members- Fulfill all statutory and regulatory requirements and factory compliances related to ones function- Organize, conduct and manage the statutory and regulatory audits- Ensure that the established security guidelines are followed within the functionInterested candidate mayAPPLY, so we can get back to you.Contact Person :Komal Rathod( Email : hr11@sarthee.com , 7490043364 )Also you may send your updated CV onjobs@sarthee.comwith following details :1.
