Job Details:Responsibilities:Ensure that all workings are in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirementsCheck out or improve operational systems, processes and best practises that guarantee organisational well-beingContribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objectivesExamine daily opd/ipd/procedure entry in system financial data/statements and utilise them to improve profitabilityCater to patients or personnels concernsImprove the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, Oversee overall maintenance department their services/due date requirements etc.Send daily activity report related OPD/.IPD /Procedures to concern departmentperformance against, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.Managing TPA and reimbursement requests.Providing consulting services on matters related to TPA/Cashless fundraising, tax etc.Cross checkpayment done/due of sonography/NST payments/OT procedures Checking admission /discharge entries properly on daily basisEnsure that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties. pt.counselling Cross check in rsby software & tally blockings. Overall responsible in OPD areas Management feedback & check HMS updatation on regular basis
