Job Description

  1. SKILLS:
  • Should have good leadership skills.
  • Should have the ability to hire high performing sales people.
  • Should have good analytical skills such as cost saving, determining correct pricing etc.
  • Should have the ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes.
  • Should be able to provide best customer service
  • Should have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good computer skills like MS-EXCEL, MS-WORD and MS-OUTLOOK with thorough understanding of internet, E-mails, letter drafting etc. through which companies conduct sales promotion and advertising campaigns.
  1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set targets, performance plans and rigorous objective standards for sales executives.
  • Review weekly performance, progress and targets. Also, deliver performance review to each of his subordinate semi-annually or annually.
  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly sales meetings, provide innovative ideas and information on an ongoing basis.
  • Participate in spontaneous sales calls
  1. Experience 1 to 10 Years (Experience should be from CCTV camera or Security products
  2. GOALS
  • Increase market share.
  • Increase revenues.
  • Increase overall sales growth.
  1. SALARY:1,20,000.00 to 4,00,000.00 /year
