  1. Managing a team of Executives/Officers/Sr. Officers (Front line sales)
  2. Increase penetration & support BAL in growing market share through frontline sales team
  3. To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
  4. Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
  5. Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
  6. Acquiring more customers through ADC/Rural channel
  7. Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing
  8. Managing the team of executives w.r.t. compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing DCC portfolio
  9. FEMI/NS collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC/NDCC)
  10. Resolution of customer complaints
  11. Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
  12. Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & HO for final approval
  13. Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team
  14. Maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team
  15. Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
  16. Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalate the issues to them

  1. Responsible for achieving volume targets for the area on quarterly basis through his team
Sales Penetration
  1. Responsible for overlooking increase in number of finance customers with dealerships on quarterly basis
  2. To administer, launch and smooth initiation of special schemes for festivals and conducting loan melas etc. in tandem with the RM/ZM
  3. Acquiring more customers by utilizing alternate channels i.e. ADC / Rural
Quality Improvement
  1. Responsible for supervising front line sales team to maintain minimum DCC arrears and NDCC FEMI bounces, reduce the NS cases
  2. Responsible for maintaining credit document quality by regular audits of the team
Team Management
  1. Responsible for training and development of the front line sales team
  2. Coordinating with training team to improve team performance
  3. Resolving queries of team and guiding them to achieve 100% targets
