Have at least 3 years of professional experience in Database Administration projects. DBA Certification SQL 2008/ 2012. Have at least 2 projects professional experience in Database Administration. Conversant with Industry standards on databases. Working experience with government clients. Data center working experience. Preferred Candidate Profile : - Database administration, Conduct preventive and corrective steps for DB upkeep. Evaluate Technical Architecture and provide recommendations. Collaborate with Data Center team, development team and other team on project. Own and drive Archival/ Back up/ Restoration policies. Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission- critical production systems. Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations. In depth knowledge of Concepts like replication, high availability, Database Clustering, Disaster Recovery etc. Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end- to- end. Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement. Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems. Perform scheduled maintenance like, end support release deployment activities after hours. Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross- training to other peers and team members.,
